		<description>Indeed, why is it bloody hard for government agencies to allow payment by Internet banking? Here&#039;s my experience of paying for the otherwise excellent Orewa bypass tollroad:

Also, why does LTNZ use an Aussie online payments processor? Surely it&#039;d be cheaper and easier to allow people to pay straight from the NZ bank accounts into LTNZ&#039;s NZ bank account, without &quot;tromboning&quot; the transaction overseas?</description>

		<description>The rule to have as few barriers that  prevent customers from giving money to you as possible only applies to &lt;a href=&#039;http://cafe.elharo.com/ui/monopoly-incompetence/&#039; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;non-monopolies&lt;/a&gt;. if you have to give money to them, they have no incentive to spend more of their time and money making it easier for you.</description>
