Although you may get good coverage whilst cycling around the country; try getting good coverage from within a building. I live and work in ChCh central the new Telecom XT coverage is poor in fact I get no signal at work and 2 bars at home. I used the old Telecom network because I got better coverage in some areas where Vodafone coverage was poor. I've tested different types of cell phones and got the poor result. Have I gone to far? I'd like to go back on the old network but then I couldn't roam and the selections phones are not very exciting.

... yeah well ... I'm sure it's fast now while you are the only one using it... what happens when you have to share that [specify bandwidth you are actually getting] with a million other people? I remember when adsl/jetstream first came out... zooom for a while then putt putt .. "oh look! the shortcuts we took when putting the network in place are falling about at the loose seams". Oh well. vodafone sux anway. They wanted to charge us $2100 for 210MB of download whilst roaming oveseas, even tho we could prove that their "proof" was bullshit. I hate the fact that I care... FML
