First review of the iTablet/iSlate

OK, so I haven’t posted for ages, I’ve been busy! But excitingly I have just been contacted by my close personal friend Walt Mossberg and he shared with me the first review of the iSlate/iTablet/iThingamegiggy.  Wow, enjoy!  I for one am looking forward to the unicorn arriving through my door with my favorite pizza.

Cycling NZ uphill for a good cause

Can you help? I am cycling 2600km solo up the country. I am doing it all to get off of my arse and raise money for a good cause.

Talking to a new audience

How do you connect with audiences today… Where do you start? Well I am not going to talk about it. Here is a really good example, and I am not going to tell you who it is from, but I do think of them differently after having a good laugh. Plus its a damn good message.

Voom’s new office

Well you can now find us at 6 Fairway Drive, Kerikeri, that’s right on the main drag. We have done some “re-formatting” to the office. We were short on sledgehammers so Kyle improvised.

But the result is good!

Now we are cooking with gas!!!

Okay, so I dared them, but they don’t really have to make the Smurfs Movie

So I said when I heard that the Transformers movie was coming out that I wish someone had the balls to make The Smurfs into a film. Damn it now they are.

So here are my suggestions for casting:

Papa smurf: Sean Connery, try the phrase “not much further my little smurfs” in your head and you will see…
Gargamel: John Lithgow, he not only has the voice but the look too
Handy: Tim Allen, in fact I think Tim the Tool Man was actually based on Handy
Cook: Gordon Ramsay, just cause I would like to hear a Smurf use the “F” word
Lazy: Kevin Smith, stoned… you know…
All the others, just kinda look the same…

Vianet – a photo retrospective
